If an unset ring or diamond is purchased they can be returned separately.
We understand that it's important to see the product before buying it. If you wanted to see the stone and setting both in person before moving forward with ordering a set ring, we encourage you to order them separate from each other. This way you are able to see both and are able to return them if need be. We accept returns on any stones or settings if they are purchased prior to being set.
Because of the delicate nature of engraved jewelry, and the added cost of altering the customization, Privosa cannot accept engraved items for return. Any merchandise damaged during shipping should be brought to our immediate attention, by contacting us at 713-784-4559 and a full refund can be given within the 21 day period. In order to return an item you purchased through Privosa, it must be insured. Return shipping will not be covered by Privosa, and will be the responsibility of the customer. All jewelry must be returned in the unworn state it was delivered in. If jewelry has been sized, adjusted, engraved or set it can not be returned. Diamonds must be in the exact condition it was delivered, with the GIA certification included. If you return a loose diamond without the certificate, there is a fee of $250 for diamonds 4.99 carats and under. If the diamond is over 4.99 carats, please call us at 713-784-4559, as the fee will be higher.
International customers will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes, VAT, or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Prior to placing your order contact taxation authorities to confirm taxes and duties on international packages. For fast, secure and reliable service, Privosa advises customers to use FedEx, our preferred G4SI insured carrier.
